A property on the outskirts of Bowral in New South Wales' Southern Highlands offers a premier venue for accommodation, leisure stays, conferencing, weddings and retreats.

We are seeking a Night Porter to join our Front Office Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception desk, transport guests' luggage to their rooms, and assist security with building monitoring.
  • Aid operations to provide exceptional service around the clock.
  • Prepare Event spaces for the next day use.
  • Work night shifts from 11pm to 7am at our hotel.

Requirements:

  • A self-starter who can work independently.
  • A positive attitude, customer service focus, and technical ability to process nightly front office transactions.
  • A fast-thinking problem solver with initiative to create memorable guest experiences.
  • The physical capability to lift and transfer luggage and goods.
  • Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
