As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for driving excellence in every aspect of our centre, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results.

You will work closely with our experienced educators and teachers to design and deliver engaging activities that meet the needs of all children.

  • Develop and implement daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive culture that values teamwork and diversity.
  • Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

You Will Bring:

  • A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
