This is an exciting opportunity to work in partnership with the Educational Leader, a qualified Early Childhood Teacher, in a collaborative and dynamic team environment focused on delivering high-quality early years education.
As an Early Childhood Teacher at our ELC, you'll work closely with the Educational Leader and Educators to develop and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs that foster the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth of our youngest learners.

As part of a long day care setting, this role also requires flexibility and the ability to work within the established routines of the centre while maintaining high-quality learning experiences throughout the day.
About You:
You are an enthusiastic, collaborative educator who values teamwork, shared success, and lifelong learning.
You understand the power of strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and bring professionalism, creativity, and care to all that you do.
You will also bring:
- A bachelor's degree in early childhood education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current QCT registration (or eligibility for registration)
- A valid Working with Children Check / Paid Blue Card
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a co-teaching team
- A commitment to the values and ethos of John Paul College
The successful candidate can expect:
- A collaborative early years teaching structure
- A well-resourced, supportive early learning environment
- Access to professional learning and development opportunities
- A values-driven culture where relationships and growth are central
If you are ready to make a meaningful impact in the early years and thrive in a collaborative teaching team, we encourage you to apply
