Working in Paediatric Diabetes & Endocrinology requires a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Monash Children's Hospital.

A Day in the Life:
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team of Paediatric Diabetes Dietitians
  • Provide comprehensive nutritional assessment and management of infants, children and adolescents attending the DPED service
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary DPED Medical and Allied health team
  • Be involved in student supervision

This position is well supported by a large, dynamic team with supervision by a Senior Paediatric Diabetes Dietitian.

What You Need:
  • A relevant Dietetics qualification - eligible for membership of the Dietitians Association of Australia and APD program
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Paediatric Dietitian
  • Demonstrated knowledge and clinical skills in nutritional assessment and management of patients with Type 1 Diabetes
  • Experience in teaching, training and education
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team focus and an innovative approach
