The Peninsula Health multidisciplinary team seeks a skilled and compassionate registered nurse to join their critical care department. As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with colleagues, and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based person-centered care to patients and their families.
- Work competently within your scope of practice to achieve optimal health outcomes or a dignified death.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain clinical knowledge and skills commensurate with experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an acute environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for consumers.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Able to use basic computer software applications.
