Job Title: Network Solutions Architect
Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Network Solutions Architect to design, implement and optimize IMS-based voice and multimedia services.

The successful candidate will lead complex core network migrations, support cloud-native deployments, engineer and maintain IMS core network components, and rapidly adapt to Nokia IMS platforms.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing large-scale live core network migrations, supporting and troubleshooting 4G/5G voice services, designing and securing IP networks, deploying and managing VNFs/CNFs on cloud platforms, using orchestration tools to automate and scale IMS deployments, performing diagnostics and root cause analysis in multi-vendor environments, and communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IMS core network engineering within a Telco or equipment vendor.
  • Strong understanding of 3GPP IMS standards including SIP, Diameter, RTP, SDP, ISUP, H.248, Megaco.
  • Proven experience with Ericsson IMS products and architecture.
  • Nokia IMS experience highly desirable; candidates without it must demonstrate rapid learning ability.
  • Hands-on experience with VoLTE, VoNR/5G Voice, VoWiFi, and IMS-based multimedia applications.
  • Solid IP networking knowledge and experience with interconnect SBCs.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and orchestration tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in high-pressure environments.
