We are seeking a detail-driven Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanics and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and orders over the phone
- Coordinate the delivery of parts to job sites or for customer pickup
- Provide exceptional front counter service and support to customers
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to recommend appropriate parts and solutions

Roster & Remuneration:

- Work a 45-50 hour work week with a base salary range from $70,000 to $80,000 and overtime paid in addition to annual salary
- On-call duties occur approximately every 3 to 4 weeks and come with additional allowances

Requirements:

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good computer skills
