Automotive Parts Specialist

As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to trade and retail customers on automotive parts and mechanical knowledge. You will be the go-to person for customers seeking assistance with product selection, installation, and troubleshooting.

You will work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets, build effective customer relationships, and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and written, and provide excellent customer service.

  • Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
