Job Overview

As a Climb Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding guests during climbs and providing them with a memorable experience. You will also lead and coach a team of Climb Leaders, fostering a positive culture within the group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests by offering them expert knowledge on local landmarks and capturing their memories in photographs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your team members, helping them to achieve their goals and grow professionally.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the climb, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and safely.
  • Maintain equipment and monitor stock levels to ensure that everything is in good working order.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a team leader or manager would be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and company procedures at all times.
