Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the organisation champion of the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing/Customer Insights - Journeys platform, you will be responsible for planning and developing customer journeys, monitoring and evaluating email campaigns, and providing user support in the marketing automation platform.

The successful candidate will have expert proficiency with a marketing automation platform, high-level organisation skills, and a thorough understanding of business processes. They will also bring a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a flexible team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning and development of customer journeys, including employer acquisition, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate eDM campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain the eDM calendar in consultation with the Client Engagement, Marketing, and Digital Performance teams.
  • Provide user support in the marketing automation platform by troubleshooting issues and updating process documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expert proficiency with a marketing automation platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or Adobe Campaign.
  • High-level organisation skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible team-based environment.
  • Thorough understanding of business processes, particularly sales and marketing processes.
