Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Casual Care Partner. This role involves providing quality complex care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them live their best possible lives.

About the Role

You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks, including household cleaning and laundry, showering, continence support, grooming, dressing, food preparation, medication assistance, social support, and transport. Your main goal will be to provide excellent care and support to our clients while developing genuine connections with them.

This is a casual opportunity that allows you to work on a flexible schedule, making it ideal for those who value work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as household cleaning and laundry, showering, and continence support.
  • Provide personal care services, including grooming, dressing, and food preparation.
  • Support clients with medication management and administration.
  • Offer companionship and social support to clients.
  • Transport clients to appointments and other destinations, if required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
  • A reliable vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage Car Insurance for transporting clients.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience.
  • Proficiency in smartphone technology, apps, and email.
