As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the lifestyle program at our aged care facility.

This role involves promoting social engagement, mental stimulation, and physical activity for residents. You will foster a warm and welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected, and cared for.

The successful candidate will develop and manage programs and events catering to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate lifestyle volunteers and resident wellbeing assistants
  • Develop and implement day-to-day programs
  • Provide supervision, direction, and delivery for all programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on dementia care
  • Knowledge of memory support programs
  • Experience in developing and managing lifestyle programs
  • Team leadership experience
