Key Role: Senior Design and Project Manager

Living Gems is seeking a skilled leader to drive design and documentation efforts, manage consultant teams, and deliver efficient projects.

  • Lead the development of large-scale lifestyle resort and commercial facility designs, ensuring timely and coordinated documentation.
  • Collaborate with consultants to create buildable documentation, working closely with construction teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Contribute to programming, problem-solving, and ensuring on-time completion of projects from concept to reality.
  • Provide senior-level guidance to stakeholders, engaging consultants, contractors, and site teams through effective communication.

We're looking for a proven design/project leader with commercial build experience, able to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail and deadlines. A collaborative mindset and willingness to work side-by-side with the team are essential.
