Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sourdough bread products from daily production orders in accordance with recipes.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to three years experience working with dough techniques - mixing, moulding and oven work.

You will also be qualified and trained in accordance with HACCP guidelines for clean, hygienic and safe baking and use of machinery.

Alternatively, you may be an Apprentice Baker or Bakers Assistant wanting to complete qualification or seeking on the job mentoring and training program.
