Secondary Education Leader Position

The school offers a range of educational programs, including the HSC and the IB Diploma Programme. We are seeking an experienced Secondary Education Leader to support student wellbeing and education.

This role involves working closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure academic success and wellbeing of students in Years 10-12. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills, with a genuine interest in developing expertise in Positive Education and Wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for staff working with students with social/emotional/behavioral concerns
  • Developing programs for student wellbeing in conjunction with the Head of Positive Education and Visible Wellbeing
  • Working with the Deputy – Teaching and Learning, the Learning Enrichment team, and other academic staff to support students in Years 10-12
  • Managing student wellbeing in consultation with the Head of Senior School

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong commitment to a values-based education approach. The ideal candidate will be registered with NESA and possess a qualification in Education.
