Service Technician Opportunity

This role is perfect for a skilled and experienced technician looking to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
- Fully qualified electrical license or restricted electrical worker's license (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and strong PC skills.
- Provide premium customer service.
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work accurately under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions.
- Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection.
- Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory.
