Job Title: Mortgage Choice Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Mortgage Choice team as a Broker Advice Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering broker monitoring and education across the business.

  • Engage with brokers through regular file reviews and coaching of credit representatives
  • Provide compliance training and support
  • Facilitate communication between key stakeholders across the broker distribution network
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Compliance / Risk experience within a financial services organisation
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Strong coaching and presentation skills
  • Achievement & results focus with ability to anticipate, prioritise and deal with issues proactively
