About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Manufacturing and Maintenance division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a values-driven individual who thrives in collaboration and is passionate about achieving project success while building meaningful relationships with stakeholders.

This is a critical position that involves managing the administration of Project Deeds and subcontracts for the NSW Passenger Business. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in collaborating with customers, establishing effective systems and processes for subcontracts management, and driving compliance with the Project Deed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers and act as a key point of contact on matters related to payment claims, attribution, variations, defects, and reporting.
  • Establish and maintain effective systems and processes for subcontracts management.
  • Drive compliance with the Project Deed and ensure performance-based contract administration plans are developed and implemented.
  • Prepare progress and performance reports, identify variations, and manage supplier deliverables.
  • Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Lead by example, inspiring collaboration and the achievement of shared goals with the project team.
  • Maintain compliance with policies while upholding high standards of workplace safety, inclusivity, and quality.
  • Communicate effectively across teams to achieve goals.
About You

You bring a wealth of experience in contract management or administration, particularly resolving commercial and contractual matters, within a diversified organisation.
