Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Technical Analysis: Conduct thorough technical analysis to define business logic and oversee data mapping and governance.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate documentation of functional requirements and associated business processes.
  • System Analysis: Analyze business systems to identify areas for improvement and ongoing support needs.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Project Planning: Plan and support project delivery and management, including developing project plans and business cases.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Establish user acceptance testing scripts and acceptance criteria, conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders, and manage defects and enhancements raised during testing.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in solution development and implementation, with a strong background in managing projects end-to-end.
  • Skills: Extensive experience in developing functional requirements documents, functional expertise in supply chain, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems, proficiency in data integration, data transformation concepts, and mapping data requirements across different applications.
  • Qualifications: Strong verbal and numerical communication skills, experience with ERP systems, whether through implementation, change management, or administration, knowledge of project lifecycle management.
What We Offer

A full-time permanent role with a salary range of $130,000 - $140,000 + super, offering a great work-life balance with a standard 4 days in-office and 1 day work-from-home arrangement. During the initial induction period, you will work 5 days a week in the office before transitioning to this schedule.
