Business Administration Trainee
We are seeking a skilled Business Administration Trainee to join our team full-time in a dynamic business environment. As a key member of our administration team, you will gain valuable experience and complete a Certificate III in Business Administration.
The role involves various tasks such as answering phones, filing and archiving documents, CEO personal assistance, assisting team members with administrative duties, preparing and formatting documents, managing office supplies, and general cleaning and other ad hoc administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, be highly organized, and possess excellent computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). You should also be capable of working unsupervised and within a small team environment, handle pressure and work to deadlines, and demonstrate a passion for assisting and growing the business.

You will work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday with no weekends. The position is based in person at our head office.
