Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. This role requires a strong focus on maintaining exceptional customer service standards, ensuring efficient team management, and upholding policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service by promptly attending to guests' needs and desires.
  • Effectively supervise food and beverage outlets, fostering seamless inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout public areas, store rooms, and offices.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food and beverage team members, ensuring consistent professional service levels.
  • Ensure team members adhere to grooming and uniform standards, promoting a professional image.
  • Participate in planning and conducting theoretical and on-the-job training sessions.
  • Enforce all hotel policies and procedures, monitoring inventory levels and maintaining par stocks.
  • Collaborate with maintenance manager to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
  • Implement cash handling procedures and protect against loss.
  • Assist other departments or outlets when required, promoting a culture of teamwork and communication.
