Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead the delivery of strategic and operational projects that are critical to our business success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Define project scopes and timelines, track progress using tools such as Gantt charts and milestone schedules, and manage changes effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across production, operations, maintenance, HSE, procurement, and finance to achieve shared goals.
  • Coordinate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and maintain momentum.
  • Manage schedules and adapt plans to accommodate operational changes, delays, or risks, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Engage and oversee external contractors and vendors, ensuring safety, compliance, and timely delivery, and handle any arising issues promptly.
  • Monitor project budgets, track actuals vs forecasts, and manage cost variations with transparency and accountability.
  • Identify risks early, maintain a risk register, and implement mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership, ensuring proactive risk management.
  • Keep documentation up to date—scopes, change logs, safety records, and reporting, and ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on performance, risks, and decision points, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Oversee project handover, including operational documentation, training, and post-project reviews, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Ensure all defects, warranties, and maintenance responsibilities are clearly defined and transitioned, and address any post-project issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing projects in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously within defined scopes, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards.
  • Experience working within safety-critical, regulated environments, with a focus on safety, compliance, and best practices.
