Parts Interpreter

\About the Role:\

We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our high-performing team at our Geraldton branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for meeting the needs of our customers by providing exceptional customer service in the sale of our Mack, UD and Volvo Truck parts.

  • You will effectively support and assist our customers with parts sales (both over the phone and face-to-face), whilst also providing parts to our Workshop team.\
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.\
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to further their career in the Heavy Automotive Road Transport industry.\
  • As a valued member of our team, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.\
  • You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business goals and objectives.\
  • This role requires strong computer literacy skills, particularly in MS Office applications.\
  • Participation in performance reviews and regular feedback sessions will help ensure your continued growth and development within the company.
\Key Responsibilities:\

  • Meet sales targets through effective communication and negotiation with customers.\
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing and new customers.\
  • Liaise with suppliers to source products and resolve any issues that may arise.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.\
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
\Requirements:\
  • \
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.\
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (such as automotive or business).OR equivalent experience/training.\
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.\
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.\
  • Ability to travel between sites, if required.\
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a WA white card.
