We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to excel as a sales floor team member. As a key contributor, you will deliver exceptional customer service experiences continually expanding your knowledge of products and becoming a tea and brewing expert.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service experiences
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to meet standards
  • Prioritize your own health and safety and the safety of others by adhering to our safety policies and procedures

  • You are self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is advantageous
