Senior Support Associate
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Head of Change and Organisational Design in the People and Culture division.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as an administrative assistant, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional time management abilities.
They will also be proficient in Office 365 Suite and have proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks and re-prioritise constantly.
This is a dynamic and varied role that requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt communication style for various audiences.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad group of stakeholders, develop their knowledge and experience in the People and Culture space, and become an integral part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities- Attend meetings, take notes, and update documents on SharePoint.
- Put together agendas or PowerPoint decks as required.
- Manage multiple competing tasks and re-prioritise constantly.
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Office 365 Suite.
