Job Title: Senior Support Associate

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Senior Support Associate. In this role, you will provide high-level support to our senior leadership team, managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings and events, and handling confidential information with discretion.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including:

  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing executive correspondence and reports
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events

You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an executive support role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams

You will also need to be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
