Production Line Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Line Manager to lead our daily operations across two production lines and a finished goods warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of two production lines and AGV-supported warehouse functions to ensure safe and efficient delivery of materials to production lines.
  • Lead and coach a team of 10 employees across shift operations, focusing on performance management and development.
  • Evaluate and escalate maintenance and programming issues related to AGVs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by driving team engagement and capability building through training, upskilling, and coaching.
  • Support daily reporting and data entry into SAP systems.
  • Maintain high safety, quality, and operational standards within the production lines and warehouse.
About You
  • You will have previous experience in a similar role in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and growth.
  • Able to work autonomously and make sound operational decisions confidently.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with a focus on technical problem-solving.
  • SAP experience is highly valued.
