Job Title: Business Readiness Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead business readiness and adoption planning for new system implementation. You will drive business readiness activities, support system implementation, and provide product ownership leadership to deliver outcomes across a complex organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the conduit between stakeholders.
  • Lead business readiness and adoption planning for new system implementation.
  • Provide product ownership, ensuring requirements are translated into successful delivery outcomes.
  • Partner with external vendor and internal teams to drive system implementation activities.
  • Conduct impact assessments and manage readiness activities to ensure smooth transition.
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong experience in Business Readiness, Product Ownership, or Business/Systems Implementation within large, complex organisations.
  • Understanding of model risk management or broader risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead system implementation projects end-to-end, preferably with vendor-supplied solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a trusted conduit between business, risk, and technology.
