Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our part-time team, providing flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering professional learning opportunities, collaborating with colleagues to develop programs, and supporting individuals and their families to communicate effectively across various environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Professional Learning: Support and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff, promoting best practices in occupational therapy.
  • Program Development: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to design and implement programs that meet the diverse needs of our clients, adhering to scope of work guidelines.
  • Client Support: Provide advanced-level evidence-based occupational therapy services to support individuals and their families, addressing communication needs across home, outdoor, and school environments.
  • Clinical Service Management: Demonstrate potential to manage and support clinical services and teams, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
Requirements
  • Australian registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (current/pending).
  • Prior experience in occupational therapy, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
