Senior Legal Governance Specialist

Transport for NSW seeks a Senior Manager to deliver high-quality legal services and expert advice.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide timely and solutions-focused legal services in areas such as privacy, regulatory compliance, investigations, prosecutions, and administrative law.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver independent legal advice to Transport for NSW and other agencies.
  • Provide expert guidance on privacy impacts and legislation, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Contribute to governance by offering expert legal services and applying legislation in various contexts.
Requirements
  • At least six years' PQE with experience forming legal views and providing expert legal services.
  • Elevated standard of integrity and professional conduct; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Government regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
  • Current practising certificate in NSW required.
