As a Senior Product Manager at RecordPoint, you'll be responsible for leading the product planning and execution process, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate product initiatives that add value and solve real problems for our customers through continuous product discovery.
  • Lead and manage product initiatives from ideation through to launch and beyond, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Be the voice of the customer, conducting market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy and ensure our product remains differentiated and aligned with market demands.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on success measures that align with your product vision and the overarching business objectives.
  • Develop product packaging and commercial models that support our revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Business and Strategic Planning: Contribute to overall business planning activities, ensuring alignment of product initiatives with company goals.
  • Product Development & Delivery: Maintain and prioritize the product delivery backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Conduct market and competitor analysis to maintain a current view of how solutions compete in the marketplace.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build a shared understanding of the problem we are trying to solve for our customers with engineering teams.
  • Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Serve as a cross-functional leader to rally the people and resources necessary to deliver products and meet objectives.
