Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team in a busy, high-volume hospitality environment to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Elevate customer experience through coaching and training opportunities
  • Manage inventory and finances to achieve KPIs and drive profitability

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a restaurant manager or leader in a similar environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to build a positive culture
  • Able to adapt to growth and develop as our brand grows

About You

  • You have a passion for Mexican cuisine and a positive attitude towards building a great culture focused on exceptional customer service and teamwork
  • You can work well in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage multiple priorities
