Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our vibrant community.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learners.

You will work closely with colleagues to maintain accurate documentation and assessments, ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging, inclusive, and play-based programs that foster a safe and nurturing environment for every child
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintain accurate records and assessments to inform teaching practice
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
  • ACEQCA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education (B.Ed, Grad Dip Ed or Master of Teaching)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Strong understanding of the NQF, NQS and Early Years Learning Framework
