Dental Assistant/ Receptionist Role Overview
This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a modern dental centre with a supportive team and opportunities for career growth.
Job Description
Maintain infection control and sterilisation procedures, provide dental assisting duties, and support clinicians and engage with patients to deliver positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and experience
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Perform other duties as required by the practice manager
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A friendly, professional manner with great communication skills
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
