Global Equity Operations Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to spearhead equity operations, system integration, investment record keeping, and performance analysis and reporting.
About the Role
- Develop and implement efficient workflows that leverage various systems to produce high-quality results.
- Manage end-to-end performance calculation, management, and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality data in the FACTSET system.
- Supervise staff handling equity settlements, reconciliations, and data feeds.
About You
- Bring experience as a manager with strong exposure to global equity operations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of performance analysis, portfolio attribution, and FACTSET.
- Showcase experience working in a managerial or supervisor role in an Australian fund manager dealing in global equities.
Techincal Skills Required:
- Familiarity with FACTSET is preferred but not mandatory; technical/transferrable skills from a similar system are required.
- Competent and confident in client onboarding, settlements, and reconciliations.
- A strong risk manager able to improve processes.
- Experience and strong technical skill in the trade management and settlement lifecycle, with DTCC experience well regarded.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and communicate findings with senior stakeholders.
