About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity that offers long-term career development in geotechnical engineering.

  • Gain hands-on experience and expertise in geotechnical engineering through our three-year graduate development program.
  • Work closely with experienced professionals and rotate through corporate offices, mines, and refineries in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support residue teams and site Civil and Senior Geotechnical Engineers in handling dam safety, preparing facility plans, and applying standard methodology engineering technology.
  • Provide engineering input into the design and maintenance of the residue storage facilities.
  • Contribute to refinery and residue EH&S and provide insights into problem resolution for bauxite residue assets.
  • Monitor civil engineering design and construction QA.
