The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Manager in ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care services to children.

You will have the opportunity to work with a passionate and dedicated team of professionals who are committed to providing exceptional outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager in the implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and review of centre programs and services
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care services
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Diploma in Children's Services or related field
  • An understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
