Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Consultant to join our Gordon McKay Child Development Unit. As a Paediatric Specialist in Child Development, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and providing expert care to children with developmental concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for children with developmental issues
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for patients and their families
  • Provide expert guidance and education to parents and caregivers on child development and well-being
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent. You should also possess relevant Specialist Qualifications and be registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration.
