Job Opportunity

As a seasoned control centre professional, you will leverage your expertise to lead a team of Motorway and Tunnel Operations Controllers. With a strong understanding of traffic management, smart motorways, and the road network, you will play a pivotal role in driving performance objectives and enhancing customer outcomes.

This is a temporary full-time position where you will be responsible for implementing effective incident and congestion management responses using the Motorways Management System (MMS) and other traffic management systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team to achieve performance objectives by providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Developing and executing incident and congestion management plans to ensure timely and effective response.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, experience working in a control centre environment, and a deep understanding of traffic management principles. You should also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive results-oriented teams.
