Job Title: Customer Data Integrity Officer

Oversee the accuracy and integrity of customer data with a focus on precision and consistency.

About the Role:
  • Enhance customer name and address data within Altitude Name and Address Register (NAR) and Customer Experience Platform (CXP) NAR, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy.
  • Develop and educate staff on data governance policies and standardised formats to ensure coherence and transparency.
  • Facilitate collaboration between teams for unified customer data management and holistic understanding of customer interactions, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data quality initiatives, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information through rigorous analysis and validation.
  • Collaborate with teams to establish data standards, validation processes, and training materials, promoting best practices and excellence.
  • Develop effective data entry skills and communicate complex data concepts to staff, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Train and educate staff on compliance with standardised data rules, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • A relevant degree or diploma in administration or equivalent experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in data management and governance.
  • Experience working with customer databases, particularly Authority/Altitude NAR and Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform, showcasing proficiency in data analysis and manipulation.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
