**Responsibilities**

As a Data Integration Specialist, you will work assisting the Integration Team in supporting our various integration platforms, ensure the smooth daily operation of the systems, respond to incidents as Level 2 support and work with the Solutions Architects and Integration team Service Manager to help deliver new data automation processes.
- Experience in EDI is preferred
- Be an integral part of the BAU management of our integration platforms
- In particular with ongoing development and support of the SAP Cloud Integration platform
- Be involved in project work in the SAP Cloud Integration platform
- Level 2 and 3 support for the tools, dealing with any support tickets in a timely manner and liaising with internal and external stakeholders of the processes
- Be closely involved in exciting new data integration and automation projects within the business
- Develop strategies for service line uplift to improve the quality and turnaround time of support tickets and development work
- Work with the Integrations team and business stakeholders on an architecture uplift to move away from legacy integration platforms (IBM Sterling Integrator, PowerShell script-based integrations)

**Skills & Experience**
- Understanding of data integration and data integration principles
- Experience with SAP Cloud Integration (CI) desirable but not required
- Experience with other integration tools, such as SAP Data Services or IBM Sterling Integrator, is desirable but not required.
- JavaScript and web technology experience
- Experience with data handling best practices and databases
- Experience with project/time management tools such as Jira preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms in the data integration space
- ITIL experience preferred
