As an Entry-Level Support Storage Engineer at Talent International, you will be responsible for establishing and managing the storage infrastructure. You will focus on the implementation, administration, and maintenance of storage systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. Your tasks will include assisting in gathering information and reviewing documentation to understand and prepare for the implementation and operation of storage systems, developing and maintaining essential documentation to ensure readiness for the service go-live as per the established plan and schedule, and monitoring and managing storage systems by conducting regular health checks, performance management, and capacity oversight, while resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests to minimize downtime and maintain optimal performance.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in gathering information and reviewing documentation to understand and prepare for the implementation and operation of storage systems.
  • Develop and maintain essential documentation to ensure readiness for the service go-live as per the established plan and schedule.

**Qualifications:**

  • IT Service Management and ITIL Frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SAN, NAS, converged infrastructure, public cloud storage platforms and backup systems.
