We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, with previous experience in accounts payable preferably in an agency or professional services environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time, managing reconciliations and follow-ups with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with financial procedures and supporting audits, collaborating with the broader finance team and agency staff to maintain a smooth operation, and providing assistance with other administrative or finance tasks as needed.

This is a part-time role (3 days/week) based in a collaborative office filled with talented individuals who genuinely enjoy their work.
