Contribute to the day-to-day administration of Workplace Health and Safety, Environment, Quality and Risk Management for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section).
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and distribute minutes.
- Support the Risk and Assurance Team in safety, risk, quality, and sustainability areas.
- Assist with policy and procedure development, review, formatting, and updating.
- Collate data for formal internal reports.
- Perform data entry activities.
- Contribute to business improvement/quality programs and enterprise risk management activities.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and assist with communications.
- Knowledge of the Aviation Industry (desirable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail.
- Administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint.
- Experience with or ability to learn incident and risk database entry.
- Experience in or ability to learn report writing and general administrative tasks.
- Current QLD Driver's License.
- Attractive remuneration package of up to $73K + Super.
- Salary packaging of $18,550; increasing your take-home pay.
