This role offers a chance to prepare and cook a variety of dishes for our daily buffet, ensuring high quality and presentation. You will maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to industry standards.

  • Experience in high-volume catering and production within a similar commercial kitchen environment would be advantageous
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible and willing to work across a 7-day rotating roster including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays. This position requires full Australian working rights.
