Operations Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Portfolio Manager to lead our expanding multi-family portfolio.

This is a hands-on senior management role requiring a people leader with extensive experience in property management, substantial experience in the multifamily rental business, and expertise in managing large-scale portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in property management, leadership demonstrated by a career of progressively expanding responsibilities in the multifamily rental market, including acquisitions and integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operationally overseeing the entire portfolio, ensuring successful property ongoing management, and managing at the executive level in a privately owned enterprise.

Key qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in property management
  • Substantial experience in the multifamily rental business
  • Experience managing large-scale portfolios
