Facility Security Manager

G4S Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Karratha Gas Plant in Western Australia. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our security personnel on site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead point of contact for all security matters while on shift
- Conduct security risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities specific to the project
- Assist with rostering shortfalls and manage the submission of accurate timesheets
- Develop comprehensive security plans outlining strategies, procedures, and resources to mitigate identified risks
- Implement access control measures to restrict unauthorized personnel from entering sensitive areas of the site
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and relevant authorities to report and address security incidents promptly
- Understand and respect local customs and cultures to maintain positive relationships with local communities
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III Security Operations
- Hold a Western Australian Driver's Licence
- Hold a Western Australian Security License - Static Guard/Crowd Control
- Hold a Certificate II Security Operations
- Have received or renewed your CPR certification within the year
