About the Role

ASC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Officer to join our Planning Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our work packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track work packages to ensure project readiness
  • Prepare and print work packs in accordance with project schedule requirements
  • Order and manage controlled drawings for integration into work packs
  • Close out and scan work packs into corporate systems
  • Coordinate Unscheduled Corrective Maintenance (UCM) and URDEF Growth tasks
About You
  • Previous experience in a maintenance environment with coordination of files, work packs, or drawings
  • Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, customer service environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure
Eligibility

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
