Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at our CARINDALE, QLD store. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current fashion trends and styles
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, through effective sales techniques and product recommendations
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment, supporting colleagues and store operations

Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in menswear
