About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to take on a Full-time Sales Assistant position at our Carindale store.

As a key member of our team, you will cultivate a vibrant and positive team environment, prioritizing AMAZING customer service and driving the store's financial performance to smash budgets and targets.

You will provide effective training, daily in-store operations, visual merchandising management, and lead by example to ensure clear in-store executions of the business' strategies, visions, values, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert and unparalleled service to customers
  • Develop strong product knowledge to assist and help the Store Manager train the team
  • Maintain the store and team's well-being, including managing stock levels and high visual merchandising appeal in line with company guidelines
  • Assist the Store Manager in preparing and managing staff rosters, in-line with sales achievement, stock, and expense control management
  • Recruit and attract right talents to nurture, retain, and develop them into leader's role

Requirements:

  • Leading ambassador of our brand, modelling Ally Fashion values of Customer Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving
  • Genuine passion in mentoring others
  • Flexible to work rotational weekend roster, including late night trade
  • Solid experience in assisting store management in a fast-paced retail environment (preferably fashion)
  • High achiever in delivery of performance, sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and relationships
